How to update Android apps individually: stop Google Play apps from auto-updating

Today I will show you how to stop Android apps from automatic automatically updating, and how to update android apps manually.

The best of Android is that it’s  mobile platform has a great library of apps. Every one wants to update Android apps. Every one wants to keep apps up to date, however, it can slow down device. By default, Play Store  will download and install updates automatically, but this doesn’t always happen at perfect times. Updates can also change the way apps work, so you can simply prefer to use the versions you are using, and decide for yourself when to update android apps.

How to stop/start apps automatically updating

Start by opening the app’s main menu, by either swiping in from the left-hand side of the screen, or tapping the menu icon (three dots stacked vertically) at the top left; then tap Settings. Now that you are in the Settings menu, tap “Auto-update apps” and then select one of the options shown below, as applicable: Image You can also enable and disable notifications when app updates are available by selecting  the Notifications box found at the top of the Settings screen.

How to update Android apps individually

If you have disabled auto-updates then you will have to install app updates manually. Here is how you can do it.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});   Open the Play Store and go to the main menu (again, by swiping or tapping as described above). Tap on My Apps to view a list of all the apps installed on this device. Image

Now select the app you want to update. Open the app and tap on update, it will start updating. You can also update all apps by tapping on update all button.
